Just present a current Illinois driver's license, state ID, or Chicago CityKey card at the ticket desk to establish proof of residency. If you do not have an Illinois identification card, you may establish residency by showing a valid photo ID along with one of the following:</p>

<p>Families who qualify for state food assistance can receive $3-per-person Basic admission for up to six people. Just show an EBT (Link) or WIC card when you purchase tickets at the museum. You cannot take advantage of this special offer when buying tickets online.</p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Please carefully review as some changes have been made to Dozin' with the Dinos ticket prices for 2025.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Field Museum has announced a price increase for 2025 Dozin' with the Dinos tickets. Standard, Tour, Premium and Group tickets will increase by $10 and Ultimate SUE tickets will increase by $5.</span><b> The price increase is in effect as of November 1st, 2024.&nbsp;</b></p>

Meet Eric near the new fleshed-out T. rex at the entrance of Griffin Halls of Evolving Planet.

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Samantha is a personal development and land based learning consultant who teaches life and employability skills that are grounded by traditional values. She uses her knowledge and experience to help build bridges of new understandings.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Samantha has accepted the gift to continue the work and research on Indigenous Astronomy by her sister Sasha Doxtator who passed away in July 2021. The sharing of this work and knowledge has been referred to as medicine by many communities. This aligns with Samantha's intentions which are to heal Indigenous oppression with astronomical knowledge and original ways of knowing with the focus of nurturing intergenerational gifts, creativity, and innovation. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This past February, Samantha presented at the world-famous Hayden Planetarium at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City and became the first presenter in history to receive a standing ovation.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Samantha Doxtator, is Haudenosaunee from Oneida Nation of the Thames and Wolf Clan.</span></p>

<p><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">This event is part of </span></i><a href="https://www.fieldmuseum.org/activity/native-american-heritage-month"><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">Native American Heritage Month</span></i></a><i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> programming, which aims to celebrate Native people and tell Native stories.</span></i></p>


<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Join us for a presentation that will take you on an introspective journey through Haudenosaunee Cosmology. From creation to current innovations, perseverance, restoration, the cycles of birth and death, and how they all correlate with the stars. Experience your own connections to grief and healing, compassion, resilience, and peace. Many communities have referred to this presentation as Good Medicine. This aligns with Samantha's intentions to help heal Indigenous oppression with astronomical knowledge and original ways of knowing. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">This information will light a spark inside of you, and you will want to see it again and again.</span></p>
